Paul was first exposed to the dance scene at a very early age, listening to tape packs & compilations from the old hardcore raves and the early UK trance explosion. As his taste in music changed he felt that just listening to the music was not enough and so he bought his first set of decks around 3 years ago and has been championing the sounds of Trance, Hard Trance & Hard Techno ever since. He now draws influences from the likes of Arkus P, Carl Cox, JOOF, Scot project, Armin van Buuren, Neophyte, Dj Zany, Eric Sneo, Marcos, Dave the Drummer, Sven wittikend and Patrik Skoog.
Paul's first gig was at Edinboroughs Club Cube alongside the likes of Beat 106 dj's Trevor Reilly and Steve Kerr. This gig led to regular weekly warm up sets at the club where he developed his confidence playing in a club environment After a positive start to playing at Club Cube, he soon started picking up booking outside of Edinburgh at Clubs like Pulse and Full on. Soon after Diverse Boss Jay M and Greame Ross asked him to join the Diverse Dj agency. The agency holds some of the finest names presently held in the hard dance scene. Over the last 18 months Paul has started to pick up regular repeat bookings around Scotland as well as bookings in England that look to become more regular.
